This is an open letter from Darren Carroll, Community Relations Liaison representing Splash House:
“We remain committed to working on ways to mitigate and address potential sound and other possible nuisances. As always, we appreciate the patience and understanding from the community and we welcome feedback even if it is in the form of a complaint. Any information that allows us to get an accurate understanding of possible inconveniences if they occur, is very helpful.
Identifying the nature, location and time of potential disturbances, allows us to better address and mitigate the possible sources. It is our goal to make sure that this event does not infringe on the neighborhood and we will make every reasonable attempt to address any concerns. In addition to working closely with PSPD, PSFD and PS City representatives, some measures we include in our impact mitigation planning are; regular sound level readings, ample security and a shuttle program to limit the number of vehicles driving and parking.
I’ve included my direct number for resolution of noise and other possible disturbances. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions.” Sincerely, Darren Carroll Mobile: email@example.com Email:
